Adopting a baby is something we've talked about for a number of years and in November of 2004 we officially started the long, detailed and sometimes intrusive process. There have been many ups and downs, lots of paperwork, meetings, and dreams but the time has finally come, we are in the homestretch. Follow along as we become a family!

More Paperwork

We received a call from Community Services in Halifax last week that our "Letter of Coming" had arrived at their office from China. This is the last official piece of paperwork that we have been waiting for. Since Nana and Papa were in the city for the day they were our courier service. We should get our in China itinerary this week from Children's Bridge. As soon as we have it we'll let you all know when our GOTCHA Day will be. That will be the day that every year we celebrate as our Forever Family Day! Stay tuned .....
